This ancient Eye of Horus, Eye of Ra Pewter Pendant is hand cast and hand finished in the USA, using Fine American Pewter. It has an Antique and Brushed Satin finish and is adorned with Genuine Swarovski Crystal. Purple is the color for February and the Zodiac signs Aquarius and Pisces when they fall within the month. The Eye is on an 18" leather cord with a lobster clasp and 2" extension chain. A little History about the Eye of Horus, Eye of Ra. The Eye, called Wedjat, is an an ancient Egyptian symbol of protection and royal power from deities, in this case from Horus or Ra. Previously Wadjet and the Eye of the Moon, and afterwards as The Eye of Ra or Udjat, the symbol is seen on images of Horus' mother, Isis, and on other deities associated with her.
