PRINT SPECIFICS:
We use 100% jute burlap or cotton with a laminated backing to prolong the life of the print and to prevent fraying of the fabric.
Every print is made in our home studio. Prints will be safely shipped to you in a Cello sleeve inside a Bubble Mailer
PRINT SIZE:
5x7 Prints are made to fit in an 5x7 frame or a 8x10 frame with an 5x7 mat. 8x10 Prints are made to fit in an 8x10 frame or a 10x13 or 11x14 frame with an 8x10 mat.
PLEASE NOTE: When checking out you have the option of ordering a framed print, because we sell so many and deal with various distributors you will receive a black frame, FRAME STYLES MAY VARY.
SHIPPING: Average production time for custom prints is 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days to receive your print.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Returns and refunds are not accepted on custom orders. A custom order is an order that has personalization on it as a name or date, if there is an error on our part, no worries we take care of our customers 100% and we will fix the error and get you out a brand new print.
