Peacefulness is a soothing herbal infusion, made from the most popular herbal tea in Greece, Sideritis Scardica also known as "Tsai Tou VouNou" (Tea of the Mountain), Chamomile and Lemon Verbena. It contains the dried flowers, leaves and stems of the Sideritis Scardica, whole Chamomile flowers and petals and Lemon Verbena leaves. Peacefulness is a lighter and more soothing than traditional Green Tea with a floral sweetness, tangy taste, and an unforgettable aroma! Our teas are hand harvested, naturally dried and caffeine-free. These loose-leaf teas contain the dried flowers, leaves and stems of the Sideritis Scardica plant. The Sideritis plant is indigenous to Mount Olympus and only grows on the mountain sides in Greece. Enjoyed by Greeks for generations. Net Weight 50 g/ 1.76 oz. Imported from Greece Brewing Instructions: Place 1 tbsp. of tea in 1 ½ cups of water per serving cup. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes depending on your strength preference this allows you to extract its flavor and antioxidants! Let it steep for 7-8 minutes, depending how strong of a taste you like. Strain into a cup and enjoy! Suggestions: You can add some drops of honey and/or lemon for extra taste! Enjoy hot or cold any time of the year.
