Pasta Panarese Premium Tuscan Spaghetti alla Chitarra 17_6 Oz 500g

Pasta Panarese is authentic Tuscan pasta that is made exclusively from whet grown in Panarese's own fields n the beaytuful Val d'Orcia (Orcia Valley) in the province of Siena. Panarese's pasta is also made with water from that spring on the local Monte Amiata, an exceptionally pure water with almost no calcium residue. This combination of exceptional and certified ingredients is then formed int a variety of pasta shapes that are all drawn through a bronze die which makes the surface of the pasta very rough for a perfect hold of whatever condiment you choose. Each batch is then air dried for a minimum of 72 hours. This extremely time-consuming process ensures that the pasta does not crystallize like all industrial pastas do.
