Place the flag holder against the surface and mark the screw holes if surface is concrete wall then drill the holes by 1.6'' depth and insert the plastic ribbed anchor. If the surface is wooden insert the screws directly into it. 2. Tighten the screws to lock the holder to the wall. 3. Slide the flag pole slowly into the bracket, secure the pole with the side screw.
