Korat Noodles (or Pad Thai Korat; 1 Piece) A delicious dish with rice noodles and sauce for frying, also called Pad Thai Korat. It is produced by the Pak Thong Chai Rice Noodle Cooperative in Korat (Nakorn Ratchaseema) in collaboration with a private company which makes the sauce and which does the packaging. This is the export quality version with sauce packed in aluminum pack (not the plastic one) and therefore has a shelf life of 12 months. You yourself need to add 200-300 grams of meat or other protein ingredient (minced pork/beef, chicken, shrimps, squid) and fresh vegetables such as leeks, beansprouts, kale, pak choi. Total preparation time is 15-20 minutes. The 220 grams per pack will then provide a meal for 2-3 persons. Boxes of 3 packs are also available.
