Moroheiya Vegetable originally came from Egypt and Middle East. The Egyptians called it "Mulukiya" it's meaning is the Pharaoh's Vegetable. The scientific name for Moroheiya is Corchorus olitorius and the English name is Jew's Mallow Vegetable, and Japanese called it "Moroheiya". Moroheiya Noodles (Vegetarian) are very delicious and easy to cook. Morohaiya noodles can be used in a variation of delicious international food recipes such as; noodle dishes, spaghetti dishes, noodle salad dishes and fried noodle with gravy dishes.
