1.The foil balloons are self sealing and can be inflated with helium or air.
2.You can use a balloon pump or use a straw to blow them up with air.
If you want them to float in the air,you have to fill in with helium, not suitable for any smaller 18inch balloons.
3.Using a straw to let air or helium out keep them well to use next time.
