This annual mix has 19 species to offer a wide array of long-blooming color. If a wild flower landscape has been in for several years, it may need to be rejuvenated by added this mix of sun loving wild flowers. This mix includes: Pacific Beauty, Cornflower Mix, Godetia, Clarkia, Plains Coreopsis, Cosmos, Chinese Forget-Me-Not, Larkspur, African Daisy, California Poppy, Baby’s Breath, Sunflower Mix, Candytuft, Spurred Snapdragon, Alyssum, Virginia Stock, Shirley Poppy, Black-eyed Susan, and Catchfly. Prepare a site by removing weeds and loosening soil. Seed can be broadcast and raked into the soil, covering 2 – 3 times their thickness, or seed can be drilled to a maximum of ¼ inch. This annual sun mix should be planted in the spring once soil temperature warm to 55F. Seed should stay moist by either rainfall or irrigation until germination occurs. Or overseed an existing wild flower setting with this mix. Annuals can self-sow if the flowers are allowed to go to seed and the right environmental conditions exist.
