After the success of his score to the critically acclaimed third season of Outlander, Emmy award-winning composer Bear McCreary returns with the sensational score to the internationally acclaimed fourth season of Outlander. McCrearys scores for Outlander have received critical acclaim. In 2015, he received an Emmy nomination for his work on the first season of Outlander. McCreary, a classically trained pianist, studied composition under the renowned film composer Elmer Bernstein. Since then, McCreary has gone on to work on a number of acclaimed projects including the reimagined series of Battlestar Galactica, the television series Human Targetwhich earnt McCreary his first Emmy nomination, and AMCs The Walking Dead. In addition to being an Emmy award-winning composer, McCreary has won two ASCAP Film and Television Music awards and two International Film Music Critics awards.
