We think you’ll love them because our snacks are: Full of bold, international flavors Only 3g of sugar per serving Made from simple, Non-GMO ingredients Dairy Free and Gluten Free Packed with plant based protein Suggested Usage - Paleo Zucchini Nut Muffins Ingredients 2 cups Sarah’s Sweet & Savory Snacks Original Nut & Seed Granola 1/2 cup coconut flour 2 1/2 cups shredded zucchini 1/2 cup honey 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract Directions Preheat the oven to 375°. Pulse together granola & coconut flour in a food processor for 10-15 seconds & set aside. In a large bowl beat eggs, honey & extract. Fold in zucchini, add nut mixture & mix until it starts to form a dough-like consistency. Scoop 1/2 cup of the batter into a greased standard-size muffin tin. Batter will fill 12 molds. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
