Notice the trophy on the right that has a clock built into it-it says 11:03. This was taken in August of 1946 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. This is a publicity set-up photo to promote the up-coming series at the stadium. The car is owned by Sam Hanks who was the racing director for the series. This is made from an original negative.
