We import our products direct from Modena Italy after being barrel aged for 12-18 years.
We then flavor it with high quality, natural ingredients right in Napa Valley.
Perfect to use as base for salad dressing, mixed with our oils for dipping or put a twist on a classic and use in your favorite marinades or glazes.
