Olde Thompson Harvest Turkey Brine, 21 oz

Harvest Turkey Brine Directions: Dissolve Olde Thompson's Brine in boiling water. Stir until salt and sugar are dissolved. Add cold water to mixture to bring down the temperature. Combine with turkey into a large pot or bag Allow to brine in refrigerator for 24 hours. Ingredients: Sea salt, cane sugar, black pepper, cloves, coriander, allspice, savory, bay leaves, dehydrated red bell pepper, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated green onion and dehydrated white onion, dehydrated orange peal.
