Novi - Security Expansion Pack

Novi offers simple, smart, proactive security for homes and businesses that can be setup in less than 10 minutes and is one-fifth the price of traditional security. With real-time picture notifications, motion detection, and a 90dB siren, you can always be aware of what's happening in your home or business. This add-on Sensor allows you to add an additional Smart Sensor to your existing Novi Security system. The Sensor combines a (1) HD camera, (2) motion detector, (3) siren into an all-in-one device that goes on the ceiling and looks like a smoke detector. With 4 AA alkaline batteries, this Sensor gets over one year of battery life. Once this system is armed using the Novi app on a user’s smartphone or tablet, if it detects motion, it snaps three photos, sounds an alarm, and sends the pictures as a short video clip to the user’s connected smartphone. Using the app, users can decide whether to (1) call the police, (2) sound the siren (if it’s not set to sound by default), (3) request another three photos, or (4) dismiss the alarm if everything is okay. The app is a powerful piece of the system that provides significant flexibility. From the app users can (1) manage multiple systems in multiple locations; (2) view past events; (3) take on-demand photos; (4) adjust the Sensors’ motion sensitivity to adjust for pets in the home; (5) check Sensors' battery life; (6) manage emergency contacts who are notified if you don't respond in the pre-determined amount of time; (7) add additional Sensors; (8) turn the siren on/off when motion is detected, and (9) enhance events to better see what's going on. **NOTE: NOVI SECURITY ADD-ON SENSOR MUST HAVE A RELAY STATION PURCHASED WITH THE NOVI SECURITY STARTER KIT (NK-A-2415-P).
