Add salt, water and the mixed portion, set aside earlier. Whisk it all in a mixie for one minute and keep it to rise (for about 10 hours). You can make tasty appams with this batter. Nira Idiyappam: Boil some water with necessary salt. Add this boiled water to Nirapara Idiyappam Powder, mix well and knread water to Nirapara Idyappam Powder, mix well and knead it till soft.
