New York Domed Coin Necklace U.S. Statue of Liberty State Quarter Pendant 2001

This New York state quarter domed coin necklace was made from an authentic U.S. quarter dollar coin. The state of New York is represented on this quarter, dated 2001. The New York quarter features the Statue of Liberty superimposed over an outline of the state. The inscription says "Gateway to Freedom."  Also incorporated into the state outline is a line tracing the Hudson River and the route of the Erie Canal. After I drilled the coin, I domed, cleaned and polished it. The metal has a bright shiny patina. This is truly a unique piece of coin jewelry. The circulated quarter is 15/16 inch (24mm) in diameter and in excellent condition. It is suspended by a sturdy ring from a 30 inch (76.2cm) stainless steel ball chain secured by a connector. The chain can be shortened upon request.
