ORIGINS To find the perfect blend, our Coffee Experts tested a wide variety of coffee grown in different countries of origin to find the best coffee with milk. This is precisely the case of the Arabica of Kenya, a coffee of great finesse that we chose BIANCO LEGGERO. It is characterized by a remarkable balance between acidity with citrus accents and generosity of fruit juice notes. We mixed it with an Indonesian Arabica grown on the island of Sumatra. Together, these two coffees are a duo of shock and offer us a tasty mug deliciously prepared from a creamy recipe based on milk. Kenya Indonesia ROASTING Roasting coffee plays an important role in whether or not to guarantee the ideal marriage of coffee and milk. To get that creamy and sweet mix we were looking for, we had to roast coffee from Kenya and Indonesia separately. We roasted them very slightly in order to fully preserve their aromatic characteristics and to reveal the caramel and biscuit notes when adding a little milk. AROMATIC PROFILE We drew our inspiration from the Brooklyn baristas and their characteristic roasting technique that emphasizes the natural sweetness of the coffee and gives it a delicious creaminess when you add a little milk. The natural gourmet aromas of the coffees and the delicate spicy notes of BIANCO LEGGERO mingle with the delicious flavors of caramel and sweet biscuit as soon as a cloud of milk is added.
