- With the pizza stone made of high-quality cordierite for your oven or garden grill, you can get the Italian flair at home. Also bread, bread rolls or tarte flambée get a particular crispy flavor by baking them with the cordierit stone. Excess of liquids is absorbed.
- Serve the pizza directly on the stone plate, without lifting the annoying pizza tray. The stone slab is also good as a cheese plate, for the preparation of cakes or other kinds of food.
- Preheat the pizza stone for about 30 minutes in the oven at 250 degrees on medium rail with upper and lower heat , the main baking time is very short. Do not place the grill directly on a metal plate or the bottom of the oven. Place the dough on baking paper or sprinkle the pizza plate with flour.
- The pizzas stone is not dishwasher safe. After use don't rinse the pizza stone immediately with cold water. After baking, you should allow the stone to cool down, otherwise there is a risk of breakage.
