Natural Force Clean Decaf is the only coffee that is specially crafted for health from the very start, beginning with hand-picked, organic, sustainably grown coffee beans from a single coffee plantation in Nicaragua.
Next, the beans sorted and graded. For our Clean Decaf, we use only superior-grade beans that are free of insect damage and other defects that may negatively impact the roasting process.
Our Clean Decaf is then stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse while awaiting shipping to the US. This ensures that mold and other microbes do not have the warm and humid growth conditions common with other coffee producers.
These special, select coffee beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process and then shipped to our roaster where we test them for mold, pesticides, and toxins like aflatoxin and ochratoxin. Any batch of beans that fails these tests is discarded. We then carefully roast the beans to preserve the maximum amount of antioxidants while reducing harmful compounds like acrylamide and HCAs.
