Ingredients: 1.Salt 2.Red & Green Chilli 3.Cumin Seed 4.Carom Seed 5.Black & Long Pepper 6.Coriander 7.Dried Papaya 8.Citric Acid & Maltodextrin 9.Clove & Nutmeg 10.Mace 11.Mango Powder 12.Cinnamon & Cardamom Steps of Cooking: 1.Mix National Tikka Boti Seekh Kabab Recipe Mix, ginger and garlic paste and raw papaya slices in half cup of water. Apply evenly on meat and leave for 3-4 hours then remove the raw papaya slices. 2.Thread the meat pieces onto skewers. Place on very low heat until it turns light brown.
