Ingredients: 1.Salt 2.Dried Plum 3.Red Chilli 4.Cardamom 5.Cinnamon 6.Garlic 7.Turmeric 8.Ginger 9.Mango Powder 10.Mace 11.Nutmeg 12.Black Pepper 13.Clove 14.Citric Acid 15.Cumin Seed Steps of Cooking: 1.Heat the oil and fry onions until light brown. Add meat, yogurt, ginger paste and garlic paste, green chillies and National Sindhi Biryani Recipe Mix. 2.Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes while stirring frequently. 3.For beef/mutton, add 4-5 cups of water (no water is required for chicken) and cook on low flame until the meat is half done. 4.Add potatoes and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. 5.In a separate pan, take 12 glasses of water, add 3 tbsp of National Salt and boil the rice until ¾ done. 6.In a large pan, place a layer of meat curry, layer tomatoes, coriander, mint leaves and cover with rice. 7.Simmer for 5 minutes on high flame, then 10 minutes on reduced flame. 8.Delicious Sindhi Biryani is ready.
