Ingredients: 1.Corn Starch 2.Wheat Flour 3.Salt & Red Chilli 4.Cumin Seed 5.Ginger & Garlic 6.Coriander & Turmeric 7.Black Pepper 8.Citric Acid Steps of Cooking: 1.Prepare a mixture of National Chicken 65 Batter Mix with 2 tablespoons of water and egg whites. 2.Add Chicken in it and marinate for an hour. 3.Heat oil for deep frying. Put marinated chicken into it and fry on high flame for 2-5 min. When the chicken pieces turn golden, remove it and allow it to cool down. 4.Whip the yogurt and add orange red colour.
