National Achar Gosht Recipe Mix is a pickle flavoured meat curry, specially developed by a panel of experts, using the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook delicious meals with ease that you and your loved ones can relish each day.

Ingredients:

1.Red Chilli

2.Salt

3.Cumin Seed

4.Coriander

5.Mango Powder

6.Aniseed

7.Fenugreek Seed

8.Nigella Seed

9.Turmeric

10.Carom Seed

11.Mustard Seed

12.Fenugreek Leaf

Steps of Cooking:

1.Fill: Mix lemon juice in 2 tbsp of National Achar Gosht Recipe Mix and fill in the green chillies.

2.Mix the remaining National Achar Gosht Recipe Mix, ginger and garlic paste in yogurt and marinate meat in it for 2-3 hours (no need to marinate in case of chicken).

3.Fry: Heat half of the oil and fry the tomatoes.

4.Cook marinated meat in the remaining oil for 7-10 minutes. Add 2-3 cups of water (in case of chicken add 1 cup) cover and cook on low heat till the meat is tender and all of the water evaporates.

5.Add the fried tomatoes and green chillies and cook on low heat for a few minutes or until the oil separates from the masala gravy.

6.Delicious National Achar Gosht is ready. Serve with hot naan.
