NAO My First Communion Figurine

In celebration of one of the most significant events of a young child's life, the skilled artisans of the Lladro studios in Valencia, Spain have created My First Communion. This endearing figurine depicts a beautiful little girl with long, brown hair and closed eyes holding her hands together in peaceful prayer. Dressed in a floor-length white Communion gown with terraced layers, short gloves, and a headband of pink roses, she is the picture of blissful anticipation and angelic sweetness. Her soft pastel coloring, delicate lines, and realistic detailing invite the viewer to share in her moment of elated faith and perhaps whisper a small prayer, too. Crafted of fine porcelain, the statue is hand painted, then kiln fired for more than 20 hours to achieve its flawless final glaze. It stands approximately 5-1/2 inches high, and looks wonderful in a child's room or on a display shelf in a central location in the home.
