Name puzzles are made of solid wood with letters being 3" tall and 3/4" thick, They are painted with CHILD SAFE PAINTS Base of puzzle is 4 1/2" wide, 3/4" thick, Length is dependent on number of letters in puzzle desired, Base is sanded smooth and edges are rounded. The backs of letters are not painted so as not to confuse child because some letters are not symmetrical and cannot be put in upside down. The base of the puzzle is unfinished because we honestly have not found a finish that we feel is Child safe.
