My Anchor Pal is made of high quality materials, which include an outer layer of neoprene, middle layer of closed cell foam padding and an inner layer of nylon. All materials are water resistant, so they will not retain water and will float. There is a nylon strap and clip hanging down on one side. This clips attaches My Anchor Pal to the shore spike to prevent it from floating away if the water level rises.
