Warning Please turn the brake switch to “Unload” position before you connect the wires of battery and the wind turbine to controller and turn the brake switch to “Normal” position after the wind turbine has been installed completely.  As far as possible to keep away from the battery to prevent some cases even explosions could occur by sulfuric acid gas emitted from battery during operation.  For safety, please turn the twist three stripped wires of output cable head into one rope (ie short-circuit is acquired) to stop the wind turbine turning if you want to disconnect the controller and wind turbine for some reason.  Please notice that when you release short-circuit inside the generator’s cable during windy conditions, the generator will accelerate and cables will be energized. So please take care when your touch insinuated cable heads.  Terminals, Indicators & Switch [Wind Input]Connect to wind turbine three phase electric output   [Battery +]Connect to Battery input + .  [Battery -]Connect to Battery input -  [Unload LED]LED is ON when the unload function is activated.  [Charge LED]LED is ON when the battery is in charge and it is OFF when the battery is full-charged.  [Overheat LED]LED is ON when the controller is overheated.  [Brake Switch]Switch in “unload” position means the wind turbine could not charge the battery and the blades rotate slowly. Switch in “normal” position means the wind turbine could charge the battery normally.  Wire Connection The three cores of the wind turbine should be connected into the wind input terminals at the front panel of the controller; the order of connection does not matter at 3-phases-alternation-current.  Don’t connect wire to the terminal of battery and load output wrongly. The controller will be burnt when you mistake “+” for “-
