Originally made under the name of Multi-Elmac this remote is now manufactured by Linear Corporation and is part number MSC306010 that controls one Multi-Code or compatible code switch type garage door opener or gate radio receiver on 300MHz with 10 DIP on/off type code switches. The Multi-Code 3060 keychain remote is a very popular remote used with automatic gate system for apartments and gated communities as well as older garage door openers. This is a brand new item that comes from the manufacturer as a dealer bulk purchase pack and are individually wrapped in a plastic bag (no box) and include Velcro strip, battery (installed) and programming instructions. PLEASE NOTE: Some of the later model Stanley garage door openers use the Multi-Code versions of remotes on 300MHz.
