- Loosen thumb wheel in a counter clockwise motion.
- Depress thumb wheel so locking plate maintains 1/2" gap.
- Insert locking plate into the bed rail.
- Rotate tie-down cleat 90°and release thumb wheel.
- Slide cleat to closet detent in rail system. you will feel locking plate snap into detent.
- Tighten thumb wheel in a clockwhise motion until clutch mechanism ratchets.
- Check tie-down cleat to confirm that it is locked into detent and securely mounted to bed rail system
