Do not apply moisturizers, lotion or perfumes to your breasts before use.
Ensure your breast is completely dry and clean before use.
Do not use this product if you are nursing or have wounded skin.
Do not use paper towel to clean this product. After each use, simply hand wash them with warm water and mild soup and let them air dry.
HOW TO CARE FOR:
Before using, wipe the breasts with warm towel; Dry in the shade, not expose to the Sun. Exposure may reduce the stickiness of silicone; Sweat and high temperature may affect the stickiness of silica gel. The nipple less covers may not provide enough adhesion and support for larger breasts (DD-cup or larger).
Simply wash with clean water then air dry. When item is dry, the adhesive regenerates itself for next use - make sure surface is clear of debris.

When painful to remove the bra: paint some water on your breasts. It will help you remove it easily.
