Inside, we do not use Insul-Brite sold in the local fabric stores, but instead use Therma-Flec Heat Resistant Heavy Batting. This will ensure no burnt fingers! In addition to Therma-Flec, we use two layers of Cotton Batting in each oven mitt. - - - Machine wash and dry.
