This plastic HDPE 5 gallon lid with spout will fit most buckets between 3.5 to 7 gallons, including those from big box stores. A rubber mallet (not a standard carpentry hammer) MUST be used for the lid to attach properly to a pail. The lids are slotted to provide tamper evidence as some of the areas below the slots around the rim will have to be broken or cut to remove the lid.
