Marcel Van - The Beatification Process of Marcel Van - A Saint for the Third Millenium ?

This DVD contains four movies: One explains what is involved in a beatification process (29 min). A second is a documentary of the history of Marcel Van’s beatification process, and includes footage from the opening of the process at Ars, the 26th of March 1997 (18 min). A third is a filmed testimony by Ven. Francis-Xavier Cardinal Ngyuen Van Thuan, the first postulator of the cause, who was declared Venerable by the Pope in 2017. In it he explains why he accepted to be the postulator, and also tells of an apparition by Marcel to his own mother (38 min). Finally, the fourth movie is a powerful testimony by Marcel’s spiritual director, Fr. Antonio Boucher, given fifteen days before his own passing away. He notably speaks of the close bond that they shared (52 min). This DVD is subtitled in five languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese and French.
