We take our own Vermont maple syrup and turn it into pure maple sugar and then combine our maple sugar with a few other simple ingredients and voila. Adds a wonderful sweet and spicy taste to any dish. Sprinkle it on ribs, steak, chicken, pork, salmon, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, pizza or anything else you can imagine and you will be amazed by flavor it adds to any dish.
