The 232RL integrates EEPROM for IO configuration and storage of USB VID, PID, serial number and product description information.
A level shifter is integrated to support wide range of 5V-2.8V.
The I/O pins are highly capable of driving multiple devices or long data lines.
The power-on reset circuit is integrated internally.
It can generate its own clock without the need for external crystal oscillator.
A power supply decoupling RC circuit is integrated internally.
The pins are clearly defined and easy to use.
The connection is stable. When the connection error is stuck, simply unplug and plug it in again to reconnect it. The system does not need to be restarted.
