Shake tin lightly to even out contents, place on counter, and open gently with two hands to prevent spilling. Oil Bird all over and inside with light olive oil, spread 1-2 large spoonfulls of Chairman all over and inside bird and set aside for 30 minutes. Cook, basting every 30 – 45 mins, until to leg temp is at least 165. Let rest for up to 30 mins and enjoy poultry perfection.
