M.G. PAPPAS High Phenolic Blood Orange Infused EVOO was created using M.G. PAPPAS High Polyphenol EVOO(One of the most awarded Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the world) and freshly squeezed blood-oranges.
We use a method where we simultaneously crush olives with fresh herbs and fruits for delicious taste and health benefits.
We crushed the Olives with the freshly squeezed blood orange together, creating an Infused EVOO with a unique taste profile that has been recognized with over 8 International Awards.
We dont use Natural or Artificial Flavors. Our Premium Infused EVOO contains a large quantity of Hydroxytyrosol and Polyphenols(480mg/l).
This is delicious in making fresh pesto or a tomato and mozzarella salad. It is delicious in salads, grilled vegetables, pasta, beef, or chicken dishes.
Pairs well with our M.G. PAPPAS Dark Balsamic.
