?Light enough to position with feet while sitting at desk, and the open framework will allow you to tuck your chair in when done, instead of bumping chair out away from desk when not in use.
?Just place it close to knees and let ankles hang off if you have a bad knee. If not, then push back and place feet on it. Because its basically a hammock for sitting on, there is no issue with it being too hard or creating any pressure.
