Luksyol Clay cooking pots (oven pan) need to be seasoned before use. Soaked in water for 6 hours minimum. Left to dry for 1 hour. Rubbed with oil (olive or any frying oil). Placed in a cold oven and turned the heat on to 350 F / 175 C for 2 hours and left to get cold. Rubbed with oil again. Avoid sudden temperature changes. Use the heat diffuser. The most important thing is the clay pot (pan) for cooking is not prepared to be high-fired, only from low fire.
