The lord is my shepherd In this 2 hour drama about death, guilt & love, Ernest Borgnine guest stars as a kindly hermit named Jonathan who helps Laura weather an emotional crisis. Laura, jealous of her father's affection for his new baby son, refuses to pray for her brother when he falls ill. After the infant's death, Laura is overwhelmed with guilt. She runs away to the mountains, where she meets & confides in Jonathan. The grizzled old man helps Laura to understand that the baby's death was not her fault & that her family loves & needs her. Meanwhile, Charles searches frantically for his missing daughter, until an incredible sign leads him to her for a poignant reunion
