One of the most versatile shrubs we make! The blood oranges come from our friends at Olsen Organics, who grow them on their organic farm in the foothills of the southern Sierra Nevada mountains. Amazing color and flavor! The Meyer lemons hail from a backyard tree just over the hill from our farm. Every spring it's positively loaded with sweet, juicy Meyers. The combination of the two fruits is sweet and tart and completely delicious. Our shrubs are a blend of our farm-made apple cider vinegar, fresh fruit, and a touch of sugar. There are a lot of ways to use them: a couple of teaspoons in a glass of sparkling water makes a natural soda or they can be used as a cocktail mixer, salad dressing or marinade!
