If the converter have no audio out, please follow these:
1. Please set your tv's audio out as "toslink" format
2. Please choose the Dingsun DAC converter's input as "toslink"
3. Please adjust the Dingsun DAC converter's sound volume to maximum
4. Please check all the cables are well connected, and make sure they are well condition, or please try a high quality optical cable
