CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS TO WIFI and the Smartphone App TuyaSmart: 1. Install the bulb into any socket or lighting fixture and turn it on. 2. The light should start blinking indicating that the bulb is in pairing mode and ready for connection. 3. If the light is not blinking, turn the power on and off 3 times quickly (this will also reset the bulb); the bulb will start blinking. Alternatively, turn the light on for one second and off for one second, three consecutive times. When the light flashes rapidly, it is ready for setup. 4. To connect the bulb to Wi-Fi make sure the bulb is blinking. Only then you will be able to connect through the TuyaSmart App. 5. Open the TuyaSmart App, connect to a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi Network and follow the instructions in the app. Make sure the Wi-Fi network is the same for your phone and the bulb.
