How To DIY Sewing?
- Start by centering the wheel and placing the cover over it.
- Punch one hole from the inside of the cover, usually starting from the lower left of your steering wheel.
- Tie a knot and leave a piece of thread (about 2 inches).
- Wrap the needle around the leather stitching and repeat. You do not need to punch holes all the time.
- You need to pull the thread tight each time so that the lid fits snugly.
- When you reach the point where the steering wheel is attached to the center, wrap the thread around the inside of the cover and pull the leather tight to remove the bulge.
- Tie the knot at the end and remove the rest of the thread when you are done.
