Find your house 150 years ago! This Pennsylvania wall map shows the old roads, homeowner and business names in the 1850's and 1860's. We have edited the original from the Library of Congress in order to improve the appearance. Great for genealogists and history lovers! This map shows ONLY three towns - East Earl, Earl, and West Earl - unlike most maps of this type which show entire counties. The largest village in the three Earls at the time was New Holland, which 40 years after this map was made lent its name to the New Holland Machine Company. The company still keeps its North American headquarters in New Holland, with administrative headquarters in Turin, Italy. Original size is 44"x62. Some text will not be legible at the smaller sizes, but the map still makes an attractive wall display. Printed on high quality bond paper with Canon ink Please choose carefully as maps are not returnable.
