What Should We Do If The Clock Doesn't Work? 1.Check whether the battery position is opposite or battery is out of power; 2.Check whether the clock hands are parallel. If they are overlapping, loose or droop, you just need to unscrew all the screws on the back case, adjust and fix the hands, then re-install the screws. (DO NOT rotate the clock hands directly as it will damage the movement.) 3.If the battery and clock hands are normal, please check the movement. If it is damaged, please contact us, we will resend a replacement.
