A1: Please make sure you using the right power supply . For this LED strip , it is DC5V .Please don't use DC12V power supply for it. It will burn this LED strip. A2: The controller is defective . Please make sure the controller can work fine . 3.What are the functions of the two extra wires on two ends ,one is white ,one is red ? A1: They are using to connected the DC5V power supply when the LED strip out of voltage . So we also call them voltage adding wires . 4.Can I connect them in series when I want to control 4 reels of them ? A1: Yes , they can end to end connct many reels .
