To make, heat your lightly-greased pancake griddle to 375°F, lightly spoon out the measured mix, and whisk it with water. (Do not over-mix.) Then, let the batter stand for two minutes, pour slightly less than ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto the griddle, and cook!
