Our Kona coffee beans are sourced from the slopes of the active Mt. Hualalai volcano, which means our coffee beans are grown in the rich and tropical volcanic soil that has formed on older lava flows producing a mellow and more flavorful gourmet coffee experience. Our coffee beans are carefully handpicked, cleaned, graded and processed through a Satake Optical Color Sorter. This sorter removes black, orange and yellow beans which leave a bitter taste. Our beans are roasted in an Eco friendly Diedrich Roaster, which produces a finely crafted coffee.
